LET ME episode 6- Release Attachments and Find Freedom

Have you ever held on to something so tightly, afraid of what might happen if you let go?

Watercolor has taught me that not every color can be controlled, and some washes can never return to the way they were.

Life is much the same. We cannot hold on to every moment or control every outcome.

To truly release our attachments is to
do our best without controlling,
accept the past without regret,
and live in the present without fear.

“離” is learning to release our attachments, accept the past, and stop letting fear hold us back.
We can cherish without possessing,
strive without forcing,
and feel sadness without staying trapped in it.

When we loosen our grip, our hearts find room to breathe, and life begins to flow again.

LET ME series Episode 5- 「Release」

Seasons change.
Leaves change color.
Leaves fall.
They do not hesitate, nor do they hold on.
This is simply how nature’s cycle unfolds.
And yet, we humans have forgotten this simple truth.

Release what we no longer need.
Release the past we keep holding on to.
Release expectations that no longer serve us.
Release the weight that wearies our hearts.

Releasing is not losing,
nor is it forgetting.

It is gently saying goodbye to what was,
making room for what can be,
and allowing our hearts to breathe freely again.

Just like lifting in watercolor, you lift away paint to reveal something new.

For when we learn to release,
Life makes room for new beginnings.

LET ME series Episode 5- 「

LET ME series Episode 4- Cutting Off

Letting go is not just about clearing away physical possessions; it is also about taking a fresh look at our own growth.
“断” means saying goodbye to the thoughts and patterns that no longer serve us.
Let go of self-doubt.
Let go of people-pleasing.
Let go of sacrificing yourself for others.
Let go of trying to fit in.
Let go of comparison.
Let go of the need to prove that you are good enough.
Let go of the need to prove that you are worthy of being loved.
“断” is a form of awakening.
“断” is saying goodbye to relationships that drain your energy.
“断” is saying goodbye to the old habits that keep you trapped in self-inflicted emotional exhaustion.
“断” is saying goodbye to the people, things, and situations that are no longer right for you.
“断” is the first step toward turning the page and beginning a new chapter of your life.

LET ME: Episode 3- Personal Growth

Accepting yourself doesn’t mean giving up
or settling for who you are.

Accepting yourself means accepting your shortcomings and imperfections.

Once you accept yourself,
you become willing to learn,
to make changes,
and to become a little better each day.

You learn not to prove yourself to others,
but to grow for yourself.
You grow not to become perfect,
but to become more fully who you are.
And you become better
not for anyone else’s approval,
but to move closer to the goals
you have chosen for yourself.

When you believe in yourself,
you no longer need others to tell you that you are enough.

When you accept yourself,
your heart becomes steadier.

And when your heart is steady,
fear and anxiety begin to lose their hold on you.

Then, little by little,
you find the courage to take another step,
to keep moving forward,
and to become the person
you were always meant to be.

LET ME series- Ep.2: “Accept Yourself”

You don’t have to become perfect
to be worthy.
You are worthy
simply because you are here.

Perfection was never meant to be found.
You cannot become the perfect person for everyone,
because “perfection” simply does not exist.

Your worth does not come from how others see you,
or from how much they approve of you.

Your worth begins with you.

With learning to like yourself.
With taking responsibility for your own life.
With giving yourself permission
to become who you truly want to be.

As long as you are not hurting others,
you are allowed to be yourself.

Maybe loving yourself
doesn’t begin with changing who you are.
Maybe it begins
with accepting who you already are.
Let me accept myself.
Let me be enough.
Let me be me.

“Let Me” series Episode 1: “Control”

We want to control how others see us,
how they respond,
how life unfolds—when, where, and how.
And when things don’t go as we imagined,
we feel angry, hurt, or disappointed.
But the more we try to control,
the more we exhaust ourselves.
Some things were never ours to control.
Sometimes, peace begins when we simply let go.
